• My primary role is advising, mentoring, and coaching within these areas. The principal focuses on supporting and building internal capacity, competencies, and capabilities to undertake and support those on their part of the energy transformation journey to open -up and see new potential.
• The energy transition is a highly dynamic and constantly evolving environment that requires both an inside-out perspective and an outside-in one. I provide the outside-in ones.
• By taking the innovator’s perspective into the assessment of the need of a client’s energy transition, supports and builds complementary, synergistic effects for exploring new emerging intersections that show possible growth potential, a real value-adding impact and business model change. Works potentially like a catalyst.
• Insights and triggers stimulate what is known, prompting connections into the unknown or forgotten, prompting what is possible and evolving, and what impact and growth opportunities this potentially has for a business to explore and exploit.
• The combination of innovation within ecosystem thinking and the design thinking approach offers a very different combination effect for value creation and business impact. Synthesizing information, translating it into new value.
